CLP from Guayaquil to Montañita – Direct Trip.
La Cooperativa es CLP (Cooperativa Libertad Penínsular) un bus de color Rojo – Concho de Cino. Se lo toma en el Terminal Terrestre.
The bus company is CLP (Cooperativa Libertad Peninsular), a red-colored bus with a burgundy hue. You can catch it at the Terminal Terrestre (bus terminal).

EL servicio VIP que tiene es MUY seguro para VIAJAR DIRECTO A MONTAÑITA / OLON sin parar durante todo el trayecto no hace trasbordo. Para eso deben ir a la boletería VIP EN EL TERCER PISO del Terminal Terrestre.
No confundir con el bus de CLP que viaja a SANTA ELENA y se compra el pasaje en la boletería de primer piso. Ese para constantemente y te obliga a hacer Trasbordo en el terminal de SANTA ELENA ( capital de la provincia) por otro bus para llegar a Montañita. Este segundo bus también siempre va parando y recogiendo personas en el camino.
The VIP service offered is VERY safe for traveling DIRECTLY to MONTAÑITA/OLÓN without stops or transfers along the way. To access this service, you need to go to the VIP ticket booth on the THIRD FLOOR of the Terminal Terrestre.
Do not confuse this with the regular CLP bus to SANTA ELENA, whose tickets are sold on the first floor. That bus makes frequent stops and requires a transfer at the terminal in SANTA ELENA (the provincial capital) to another bus to reach Montañita. This second bus also stops frequently to pick up passengers along the way.
La Salita VIP esta en el Tercer Piso, entrando por la puerta derecha del Termianal terreste. Se encuentra junto a un local que se llama “SUPER SALDOS”
En Ese lugar esta la boletería y una salita de espera con vista al BUS.

In this area, you’ll find the ticket booth and a waiting lounge with a view of the bus.
Adicionalmente en esta pagina “Viaja BUS” puedes revisar el horario de los buses. Generalmente es 06:00 el primero y el último sale a las 18h30.

Si llegas de un vuelo internacional no alcanzas a tomar el bus de las 18h30 no recomendamos intentar el trasbordo, porque puede que no alcances a tomar el último bus de Santa Elena a Montañita que sale a las 20h00 y tendrías que dormir ahí. Y al no ser turístico no es muy interesante o económico.
En ese caso podriamos recomendar Hospedarse en Salinas o Ballenita.
Nuestra recomendación sería dormir una noche en GUAYAQUIL y viajar en el bus temprano a Montañita.

If you’re arriving on an international flight, you won’t make it in time for the 6:30 PM bus. We don’t recommend attempting the transfer, as you might miss the last bus from Santa Elena to Montañita, which departs at 8:00 PM. In that case, you’d have to stay overnight in Santa Elena, which isn’t very interesting or budget-friendly since it’s not a tourist destination.
Instead, we suggest staying overnight in Salinas or Ballenita.
Our top recommendation, however, would be to spend the night in GUAYAQUIL and take an early bus to Montañita the next morning.

En el caso de no encontrar pasaje porque estas viajando en una fecha de feriado donde hay alta demanda. otras compañias de trasnporte utilizadas son Liberpesa y CIFA

¿Como llegar al terminal?
Siempre taxi, no caminar.
Si sales desde el aeropuerto, tomar los taxis oficiales de color amarillo.
El aeropuerto queda muy cerca del terinal terreste, $5 o menos sería el costo de taxi desde el aeropuerto al terminaal

Always take a taxi—do not walk.
If you’re leaving from the airport, use the official yellow taxis.
The airport is very close to the Terminal Terrestre, and the taxi fare should be $5 or less.
para llegar de Montañita a Olon, solo debes hacercarte a la boletaría en el Pueblo.
maneja un horario similar que la de Guayaquil – Olon.
To get from Montañita to Olón, simply go to the ticket booth in the town.
The schedule is similar to that of the Guayaquil-Olón route.
